Through our global platform, we seek to invest and serve in the local communities in which we operate. We own and operate various projects as well as provide third-party management and advisory services with a focus on regional theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, hotel & resorts, cruise ships and similar assets.

The attractions industry is not conducive to generalists or on-the-job training and in specialized industries such as the attractions business, we believe it is important to have experience operating across many business cycles to successfully improve the customer experience while navigating the shifting operational and financial challenges.

Historically location has been a key driver of real estate investment performance, but as the market has become more efficient, the operational aspects of real estate has become an important source of value creation. In the hospitality and attractions businesses, the combination of a good location and superior customer service offering are a perfect match for changing consumers trends which are demanding more “experiences” over simply buying more things. As consumer behaviors continue to evolve, we believe that Experiential Real Estate and businesses that offer consumers memorable experiences will outperform over the long-term.
