Through our global platform, we seek to invest and serve in the local communities in which we operate. We own and operate various projects as well as provide third-party management and advisory services with a focus on regional theme parks, water parks, family entertainment centers, hotel & resorts, cruise ships and similar assets.

The attractions industry is not conducive to generalists or on-the-job training and in specialized industries such as the attractions business, we believe it is important to have experience operating across many business cycles to successfully improve the customer experience while navigating the shifting operational and financial challenges.
